Job summary

Harmony Fire Ltd. is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor to lead Building Fabric site teams in the West Midlands, based in Dudley. You will supervise multiple live projects, ensuring safety, quality and programme adherence across passive fire protection and related works.

This role is a step up to supervise other supervisors, coaching teams, and engaging with clients and consultants to uphold Harmony’s standards on every site.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior site supervisory role within passive fire protection or building fabric.
Hands-on background in Building Fabric with ability to challenge technical detail.
Experience coaching or leading other supervisors and site teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee a team of Site Supervisors across multiple live Building Fabric projects.
Coach and hold accountable the supervisors reporting to you.
Drive quality, programme and safety across projects; audit at root cause.
Ensure works meet Harmony standards and industry codes.
Support project managers with site set-up, mobilisation and sign-off.
