Job summary

Harmony Fire Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join our M&E Projects team across the South of England.

You will oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of electrical fire safety systems including fire alarms and emergency lighting on residential and commercial sites. This field-based role requires travel across multiple sites, strong leadership, adherence to BS5839/BS5266, and a proactive approach to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in electrical supervision within fire safety projects.
• Hands-on with fire alarm systems and emergency lighting testing and commissioning.
• Delivery of projects to time and budget across multiple sites.
• Willingness to travel across the South of England.
• Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and compliance standards BS5839/BS5266.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical works on site and ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage site set-up, stock, sign-offs and QA documentation.
• Lead on health and safety, toolbox talks and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and client reporting.
• Liaise with residents where required and maintain Harmony’s brand on site.
