Job summary

Harmony Fire is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our Projects team in Scotland. You will oversee delivery on site, ensuring works meet our high standards, are completed safely, and compliant with BMTRADA requirements.

You will lead a team and subcontractors, maintaining quality and client satisfaction across sites. The role requires a proactive, accountable professional with strong communication skills, able to manage resources, resolve issues quickly and uphold Harmony’s brand on every site.

Responsibilities

• Quality and Compliance — Ensure works meet Harmony and BMTRADA standards and perform timely checks on site.
• Site Management — Oversee site setup, sign-off, stock delivery, prelims, surveys and post-inspections for final sign-off by PM.
• People Management — Resolve on-site issues, boost morale, manage conflicts and allocate resources.
• Quality Control — Ensure works are certifiable and delivered to client and Harmony standards with regular spot checks.
• Client Management — Attend pre-start meetings and maintain a tidy, professional site reflecting Harmony’s brand.
• Communication — Provide progress updates to the PM, regular client reports and cadence with the team.
• Health and Safety — Enforce H&S policy across sites, induct trades, complete paperwork and deliver toolbox talks.
