Job summary

Harmony Fire Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead on-site delivery for fire and height safety projects in Scotland. You will oversee teams and subcontractors, ensure works meet safety, quality, and BMTRADA standards, and drive momentum from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a project on time and on budget.
• Proactive leader with strong communication on site.
• Ability to develop good working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Quality and Compliance — Ensure works meet Harmony and BMTRADA standards.
• Site Management — Oversee site setup, stock, prelims, surveys, and inspections; flag variations.
• People Management — Resolve issues, boost morale, manage resources and subcontractors.
• Quality Control — Ensure works are certifiable and compliant; regular spot checks.
• Client Management — Attend pre-start meetings and maintain a tidy, representative site.
• Communication — Provide progress updates and reports to Project Manager and client.
• Health and Safety — Implement H&S policy, induct trades, maintain safe working environment.
