Job summary

Harmony Fire Ltd. is seeking a Project Director to lead the delivery of M&E and Active Fire Protection projects across the UK from Dudley. You will own project teams from managers to site operatives, ensuring safe, compliant and profitable delivery with outstanding customer experience.

The role is senior, requires extensive travel across the UK, and reports to the Head of Delivery. You will be commercially accountable for a portfolio ranging from £5k to £5 million, safeguarding gross profit

Qualifications

• A-player mindset with high standards and ownership.
• 5+ years' experience in senior delivery/management roles.
• Proven experience managing M&E or Active Fire Protection installations from small works to multi-site.
• Good knowledge of fire and security systems and applicable standards.
• Financially astute with solid project accounting understanding.
• Solid understanding of HSE, building regulations and contracts (JCT/DOM/NEC).
• Excellent organisation and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial delivery of all projects and ensure GP targets.
• Maintain a rolling 90-day forecast of revenue and GP across projects.
• Deliver Harmony’s white glove customer experience and nurture client relationships.
• Ensure adherence to all H&S requirements, including regular inspections.
• Maintain quality control and compliance across all assets installed.
• Lead and develop both permanent and subcontracted teams for delivery.
• Develop and execute project delivery strategy to support growth.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to delivery objectives, including financial and contractual risks.
