Job summary

Piramal Pharma Limited, a leading pharma services provider, seeks an Associate Director, Site PM Leader to drive portfolio delivery across customer projects at the site level. You will ensure projects meet scope, timeline, cost, and quality requirements while complying with regulatory standards.

You will lead a cross-functional PMO, coach junior staff, and partner with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Business Development to manage scope changes and commercial implications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific, technical, or business discipline.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.
• Experience leading client-facing, cross-functional project teams in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of PM tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio delivery performance, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, quality and compliance.
• Lead site-level governance, meetings, and escalation pathways.
• Oversee project planning, risk management and delivery discipline across PM team.
• Coach junior PMs in scope changes and customer discussions; support commercial changes with BD.
• Provide portfolio visibility and reporting on status, risks, and outlook.
• Lead the PM team with clear accountability and consistent PM standards.
