Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Sales & Operational Planning Leader to drive demand planning, supply response, network optimization and capacity planning across projects. You will support 24‑month horizon planning, reconcile data, and lead executive reviews to align functions and optimize delivery.

The role emphasizes SAP-driven process automation, capacity optimization, and proactive risk management to meet OTIF and financial commitments within a global CDMO framework.

Responsibilities

• Support and facilitate the S& SOP process within a 24-month horizon at the site, including scenario planning and data synthesis for demand, supply, reconciliation and exec review cycles.
• Drive full utilization of SAP capabilities to automate supply chain activities and reporting.
• Produce periodic S& SOP reports covering long-term capacity plans, utilization and resource constraints.
• Maintain a production plan to support schedule and identify material, asset and manpower needs.
• Ensure S& SOP/master data integrity to support cross-functional tools and systems.
• Coordinate demand and supply matching and adjust plans to resource availability.
• Develop capacity scenarios and trade-offs for recon/exec reviews to optimize capacity and delivery.
• Provide insights and reports on capacity utilization, demand/supply gaps and risk to execution.
