IPM Integrated Project Management Company seeks a Consultant to partner with client leadership and delivery teams to drive project and program planning across pharmaceutical functions. You will leverage diverse client exposure to steer projects toward mission-critical outcomes for clients in the life sciences sector.

Your role focuses on leading product development from pre-clinical R&D, through regulatory and commercialization, and optimizing project management processes with best-practice

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering discipline (advanced degrees a plus).
• 6–10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience across IPM offerings (PM/portfolio).
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and PMP certifications is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities across all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead pharma product development projects from pre-clinical through lifecycle management.
• Implement/optimize project management frameworks using current best practices.
• Develop and drive integrated project plans using MS Project/Smartsheet/Planisware.
• Manage projects within scope, schedule and budget per IPM standards.
• Lead discussions, document high-level strategies and objectives.
• Build and guide high-performance project teams within client organizations.
