Zusammenfassung

Voi is seeking an Operations Strategy Manager (UK&I) based in London to partner with Fleet Management and other teams. You will shape the operations strategy for in-field and warehouse activities, drive performance dashboards, and lead improvement projects across Supply Chain, Market Development, and legal teams.

You will own budgeting, forecasting and PMO-style initiatives, coordinate city launches, and liaise with 3PLs while supporting site managers.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy or operations.
• Degree in business, economics, engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical capability with data analysis and actionable insights.
• Experience running cross-functional projects end to end with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience writing decision-ready analysis for senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Experience using AI in a role-specific context to improve output quality.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Aufgaben

• Define and shape the operations strategy, performance metrics and dashboards for in-field and warehouse operations.
• Lead data analysis to identify opportunities and direct the Fleet Management team.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Manage PMO-type operations projects to implement cross-functional initiatives.
• Contribute to city launches with cross-functional planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Fleet Managers and 3PLs through sourcing and contract negotiation.
• Support Fleet & Site Managers to drive compliance and maximize efficiency.
