Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a traditional build project in Surrey. You will take ownership of site delivery, coordinate trades, and ensure NHBC standards are met within an established residential development.

The ideal candidate has a background in residential housebuilding, with knowledge of NHBC requirements and experience within PLC or volume housebuilders. You will be expected to manage quality, progress against programme, and uphold site safety

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager in residential housebuilding.
• Knowledge of NHBC requirements and traditional build standards.
• Experience with PLC or volume housebuilders preferred.
• Ability to organise trades, manage quality and maintain programme.
• Strong health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day running of the site and delivery against programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and materials to maintain progress.
• Ensure build quality meets NHBC standards and company expectations.
• Maintain strong health & safety standards and carry out regular site inspections.
• Monitor plot progression, resolve issues and keep the wider team informed.
