Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager to oversee a major housing development in Devon. You will manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget, while upholding quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in residential construction, and a solid understanding of NHBC regulations. A long-term project with career progression opportunities is on offer.

Qualifications

• SMSTS and CSCS Manager's Card required.
• First Aid at Work certificate needed.
• Full UK Driving Licence and own transport.
• Experience leading on-site teams on residential schemes.
• Strong knowledge of NHBC standards & building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from groundworks to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site labour and materials.
• Ensure works follow programmes and deadlines.
• Maintain health, safety, quality and environmental standards; conduct site inspections and toolbox talks.
• Oversee handovers and ensure client satisfaction targets are met.
