Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a major industrial/logistics development near Hertfordshire. The role requires leading day-to-day site operations, coordinating with Project/Construction teams, and ensuring delivery to tight safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record on large-scale industrial or shed projects, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple packages and interfaces across groundworks, steel frame,

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale industrial/logistics projects.
Strong knowledge of industrial construction methods (steel frame, cladding, roofing, groundworks).
Experience with coordinating interfaces between multiple packages and teams.

Responsibilities

Take a senior leadership role on the project, overseeing day-to-day site operations and delivery.
Manage site teams, subcontractors and key construction packages.
Drive programme, quality, health & safety and productivity across the project.
Coordinate with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, Design and Commercial teams.
Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to required quality standards.
Manage interfaces between groundworks, structural frame, envelope, M&E and fit-out packages.
Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and project team.
