Job summary

PSR Solutions seeks a Senior Engineer to lead technical delivery on an industrial/logistics project. You will oversee engineering activities from pre-construction to delivery, coordinating with Project Manager, commercial team, design team and supply chain to ensure quality and safety.

You will own engineering tasks, review drawings and RAMS, support programme planning and manage temporary works while maintaining accurate records and driving value engineering opportunities on site.

Qualifications

• SMSTS qualification required for site safety leadership.
• CITB TW Coordinator qualification needed on complex works.
• First Aid at Work certification is required.
• EUSR 1 & 2 for utility and external works is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of engineering activities across the project.
• Support delivery of substructure, groundworks and external works.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and the wider supply chain.
• Review drawings, specifications, RAMS and technical information.
• Work with design team to resolve issues and identify value engineering.
• Support programme planning and maintain short-term lookaheads.
• Monitor progress and identify risks to programme, cost and quality.
• Coordinate site activities and ensure engineering requirements are understood.
• Oversee quality, inspections, snagging and project documentation.
• Manage Temporary Works requirements and processes.
• Support utility, infrastructure and external works coordination.
• Maintain accurate as-built and technical records.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and QS on commercial matters.
• Provide strong technical leadership and maintain site presence.
• Promote a positive health, safety and quality culture on site.
