Job summary

Keepmoat is seeking a Senior Site Manager for the North East region, based at the Scotswood development in Newcastle. You will report to the Contracts Manager and be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling day-to-day site activities to deliver the programme within budget.

You will oversee Production, Quality and Cost Control, lead a team of direct employees and subcontractors, recruit when required, and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in housebuilding site management at a senior level.
• Proven ability to lead teams and subcontractors.
