Job summary

Anchor is seeking a Site Manager to oversee repairs and maintenance at sheltered, retirement, and care homes in the North East England area. You will coordinate with the Delivery Manager and Productivity Planner, lead a site team, ensure safety and quality, and manage materials and progress tracking to meet KPIs.

The role is hybrid, 40 hours per week, with a salary of £43,000 per annum plus a company van or allowance. Sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in repairs/maintenance leadership roles.
• Solid understanding of health and safety laws and how to apply them.
• CSCS card and a valid driving licence.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of daily repair plans, ensuring safety and high standards.
• Lead your site team to meet KPI targets and deliver quality work.
• Order materials, manage van stock, and ensure crew has what they need.
• Track progress and report to Head of Anchor Repairs & Property Services.
• Build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.
