Job summary

SER Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a civils project in Scarborough. The role involves hands-on site leadership, owning delivery, and ensuring strict health and safety compliance on a busy civils site.

The ideal candidate will have a strong civil engineering background, SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certs, with CAT & Genny credentials being a plus. Contract: ~2–3 months, daily rate £350–£400. Immediate/September start.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Agent / Senior Site Manager in civil engineering.
• Strong civils background in cabling, utilities, energy or major infrastructure.
• SMSTS certification.
• CSCS Black Card.
• First Aid certification.
• CAT & Genny certification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of theScarborough civils site and ensure delivery.

Scarborough | £350-£400 per day | 3 Months | Immediate / September Start

An established and highly respected civil engineering contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for an civils project based in Scarborough

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Site Agent / Senior Site Manager within civil engineering
• Strong civils background - ideally cabling, utilities, energy or major infrastructure
• SMSTS
• CSCS Black Card
• First Aid
• CAT & Genny certification would be highly advantageous.

Duration: Approximately 2-3 months

Rate: £350-£400 per day

Sector: Civils / Infrastructure

This would suit a hands-on Site Manager who is technically strong, very sharp on Health & Safety and comfortable taking ownership of a site.
