Job summary

Vistry Group in Rothley, Leicestershire, is seeking a Senior Site Manager to run the new development. You will oversee daily site operations, ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and lead multi-disciplinary teams on site.

Qualifications

• Proven background in new build housing site management.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver quality work on time, within budget.
• Thorough understanding of NHBC standards and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations to ensure adherence to specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead site teams and coordinate resources to meet project goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and promote a safety culture.
• Direct labour, equipment and materials; coordinate with Buying and Surveying teams for procurement.
• Attend weekly meetings with the site sales executive and liaise with contractors, customers and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate site records, permits and inspections; monitor progress and address issues promptly.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join our team within Vistry South Central Midlands, at our new development in Rothley, Leicestershire. As our Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will manage teams, coordinate resources, enforce health and safety regulations, and liaise with contractors, suppliers, partners and customers.
