Job summary

Vistry Group is seeking a Senior Site Manager for our new development in Balsall Common, Warwickshire. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage teams and resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will lead safety compliance, liaise with contractors and stakeholders, and drive quality through every stage of construction. A UK driving licence and NHBC-regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven background in new build housing site management.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of NHBC standards and building regulations.
• Valid SMSTS certificate.
• Valid First Aid at Work certificate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations to meet specifications, timelines and budgets.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental regulations are followed.
• Direct labour, equipment and resources to complete projects on time.
• Attend weekly meetings with the site sales executive.
• Ensure permits and inspections are in place.

Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join our team within Vistry South Central Midlands, at our new development in Balsall Common, Warwickshire. As our Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will manage teams, coordinate resources, enforce health and safety regulations, and liaise with contractors, suppliers, partners and customers.

• Ensure 100% compliance with NHBC standards and building regulations.
