Job description

ACR is collaborating with one of the UK's most recognized Residential Development businesses on an exciting new build regeneration scheme in East London. We are currently seeking a well-rounded Senior Site Manager with experience in high-rise residential schemes.

The project involves the construction of several hundred new apartments along with luxurious amenities.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing similar-scale projects and demonstrate proficiency in the following key areas:

1. Ensuring compliance with health & safety/ISO procedures
2. Managing both internal and external works
3. Collaborating closely with subcontractors to maintain quality control
4. Facilitating effective communication and problem-solving within the site delivery team
5. Overseeing construction in line with specifications and NHBC regulations
6. Establishing relationships with utility companies for timely connections
7. Managing material take-offs, deliveries, and supply chain adherence
8. Supporting new employees and fostering teamwork
9. Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
10. Conducting subcontractor meetings to ensure project alignment
