About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Site Manager to join our team in Hammersmith for an exciting opportunity on a new build project. This role involves overseeing the fit-out and groundworks package of a partially completed building, ensuring all aspects of the project are delivered to the highest standard. As a Senior Site Manager, you will need to demonstrate strong technical knowledge, particularly with building regulations, and possess excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the fit-out and groundworks package for a new build project, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard.
  
• Ensure all work complies with building regulations, health and safety standards, and project specifications.
  
• Manage site operations, including coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality control on all works.
  
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving on-site issues, maintaining a smooth flow of operations.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing regular updates on project progress.
  
• Review and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and site logs.
  
• Monitor and ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.
  
• Lead, motivate, and manage on-site staff, fostering a productive and collaborative working environment.
