About the Company

We are working with a bespoke constructor, renowned in the super prime residential market. The company is a major player in the exclusive residential space, collaborating with very high net worth clients to design and construct some of the UK's finest homes. Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager, either with sector experience or a keen interest in transitioning to this exciting market.

Location and Travel

The company operates across the south, and the successful candidate will be expected to travel to projects as required across the South, including Central London.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage your site team and subcontractors, fostering a culture of excellence and quality.
• Work directly with clients, often present on-site, involved in the design and delivery of architectural details.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills when dealing directly with clients.

Candidate Requirements

Ideally, the candidate will have previous experience in the super prime residential sector, having worked with or currently working with a household name in the space. The candidate should be seeking the next career step or looking to join a company with a strong culture of development and progression.
