Job description

Title: Senior Site Manager

Location: Liverpool

Start: June

Duration: 72 weeks

We are seeking a Senior Site Manager for a small Principal Contractor based in the Liverpool area. This client works on projects ranging from complex multi-story refurbishments to various types of new build projects.

The Project:

Traditional build of 28 flats, consisting of 1 block of 20 flats and another block of 8 flats, two stories high, with some steel work included.

About You:

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Previous experience overseeing projects of a similar nature
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent references
• Highly efficient and organized
