Senior Site Manager

Location: Liverpool

My client, a growing regional contractor, is expanding their management team due to increased development projects in the Northwest. They are seeking a Senior Site Manager with proven experience in steel frame apartment projects, managing them from inception to completion and handover. Typical project values range from £5m to £18m.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of planning procedures and the ability to adhere to strict site schedules. Responsibilities include organizing labor, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring project plans and deadlines are met.

The scheme involves a mix of affordable timber frame housing and low-rise apartments. The company also delivers a variety of commercial and industrial new builds, so a broad contracting background is preferred.

Experience in delivering new build projects, especially apartments or townhouses, with high-quality standards is essential. Familiarity with both apartment and housing projects would be advantageous.
