Title: Senior Site Manager

Location: Liverpool

Start: June

Duration: 72 weeks

We are seeking a Senior Site Manager for a small Pricipal Contractor based in the Liverpool area. This client work on projects ranging from complex multi- story refurbishments to various types of new build projects

The Project:

Traditional build of 28 flats, 1 block of 20 and another block of 8, two story, bit of steel work included

About You:

• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Previous experience of overseeing projects of a similar nature
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent references
• Highly efficient and organised.
