Senior Site Manager - Manchester - Commercial and Residential

Our client is a leading contractor with multiple schemes across the UK. Due to continued success, we are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager to deliver a landmark development in Manchester.

The Scheme

1. Piles and RC ground beams
2. Basement lift shaft works
3. RC frame
4. Fast track pod installation and fit out
5. Extensive M&E
6. Unitised Façade, curtain walling
7. Deep drainage and attenuation
8. External civils and landscaping works
9. 278 works
10. Substation installation

About You

1. Experience in delivering schemes from brownfield through construction phases to handover, either as Number 1 or as part of a larger team
2. Experience of RC Structures
3. Experience liaising with Utilities Providers and large subcontracting teams
4. SMSTS, CSCS, and 1st Aid certifications
5. IT literate
6. Able to work with commercial teams
7. Comfortable conducting progress meetings
8. Ability to uphold the highest health and safety standards
