Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee a large social housing roofing programme in Hemel Hempstead. The role involves leading a delivery team and ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. Immediate start with temporary or permanent assignments and a competitive package.

You will manage three Site Managers and two Resident Liaison Officers, liaising with residents, the client and subcontractors to drive programme performance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong roofing experience essential.
• Experience as Site Manager or Project Manager.
• Experience delivering planned works in social housing.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and delivery teams.
• Strong client-facing, organisational and reporting skills.
• Relevant construction and health and safety qualifications.

£300 per day CIS or £60,000 package / ASAP start Temporary or permanent

We are recruiting for an experienced RoofingSenior Site Manger / Project Managerto oversee a large social housing roofing programme in Hemel Hempstead.

You will manage a delivery team consisting of three Site Managers and two Resident Liaison Officers, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of roofing works across occupied social housing properties
• Manage and support three Site Managers and two RLOs
• Monitor programmes, budgets, quality and health and safety
• Maintain strong relationships with the client, residents and subcontractors
• Attend progress meetings and provide regular performance reports
• Ensure works are completed on time and in line with contractual requirements

Requirements

• Strong roofing experience is essential
• Previous Site Manager or Project Manager experience
• Experience delivering planned works within social housing
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and delivery teams
• Strong client-facing, organisational and reporting skills
• Relevant construction and health and safety qualifications

The client is considering candidates on either a contracting basis at approximately £300 per day CIS or permanently at £60,000 plus package.
