Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a large social housing roofing programme in Hemel Hempstead. You will lead a delivery team including three Site Managers and two Resident Liaison Officers, ensuring work is safe, on time and to high standards.

The role offers a permanent or contracting path, with a day rate of £300 CIS or a £60,000+ package, and demands strong client-facing and site-management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong roofing experience is essential.
• Previous Site Manager or Project Manager experience.
• Experience delivering planned works within social housing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and delivery teams.
• Strong client-facing, organisational and reporting skills.
• Relevant construction and health and safety qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of roofing works across occupied social housing properties.
• Manage and support three Site Managers and two RLOs.
• Monitor programmes, budgets, quality and health and safety.
• Maintain strong relationships with the client, residents and subcontractors.
• Attend progress meetings and provide regular performance reports.
• Ensure works are completed on time and in line with contractual requirements.
