Key requirements include proven senior site management experience in volume housebuilding, SMSTS/CSCS/First Aid, and a strong grasp of NHBC standards. Long-term career progression and an attractive package are on offer.

• Excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and build quality.
• Ability to manage trades, programme, and site operations effectively.

Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a leading residential developer as the No.2 on a flagship 300-unit timber frame development in Chertsey, Surrey.

Working alongside the Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering this large-scale scheme, managing subcontractors, driving programme, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring health & safety excellence throughout the build.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager within volume housebuilding
• Excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and build quality
