Job summary

Crest Recruitment is seeking a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager for a brand-new 130-unit housing development in Gloucestershire. The role focuses on delivering the project safely, on time and to a high standard, with a further two years of work ahead.

You'll lead multi-disciplinary teams, interface with clients and drive delivery of the timber-frame scheme, comprising houses and apartments, within budget and programme targets.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver large residential schemes on time and to budget.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary site teams on housing projects.
• Strong emphasis on safety, quality and programme compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a 130-unit new build housing development on schedule and within budget.
• Lead on-site teams and coordinate with clients, designers and subcontractors.
• Maintain safety, quality and regulatory compliance across the project.
• Manage site logistics, progress reporting and cost controls.

• About the development: A brand new 130 unit 'new build' housing development - timber frame with a mixture of houses and 1 block of apartments) with a further 2 years' worth of work ahead

Senior Site Manager/Project Manager - About the role:

Senior Site Manager or Project Manager (or experienced Site Manager looking to step up) working on a brand new 'new build' housing development with a further 2 years' worth of work ahead. Responsible for delivery of a 130 unit 'new build' timber frame housing development (mixture of houses and apartments), built to the highest standard of safety and quality, within the construction budget and construction programme.

Senior Site Manager/Project Manager - About you:

• You will be a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager (or experienced Site Manager looking to step up) with a proven track record of delivering new build housing projects, working for a national PLC developer or regional developer/contractor; with experience delivering projects above 100 units in size.
• Demonstrable track record of residential house building project management
• Professional Qualification to an appropriate level
• Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Excellent technical and practical knowledge and the ability to resolve important detail
• First Aid Trained
• SMSTS Qualified
