UK Residential Developer in West Sussex is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead day-to-day site delivery for a major residential development. You will work with the wider team to keep construction moving safely, efficiently and to the required quality as the project transitions into the main build.
The role requires managing multiple trades, reading programmes, and ensuring NHBC standards are met, with strong emphasis on quality and safety on a large PLC-style site.
We're working with one of the UK's largest residential developers on a major development in West Sussex, and they're looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take a key role on the project as it moves into the next stage of construction.
This is a substantial development with a long build programme ahead. Site set-up is already in place, and the initial groundworks have been completed, giving the successful Senior Site Manager the opportunity to come into the project at a really good point and take ownership as the development moves into the main build.
The developer is well known for operating at scale, with structured build processes and a clear focus on build quality and customer standards. This is very much a volume housebuilding environment, so experience of working for a PLC or large volume developer will be important.
You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery, working closely with the wider site and project team to keep construction moving safely, efficiently and to the required quality.
With the early works already completed, you’ll be coming into a site where there is plenty to get your teeth into - from managing the next stages of construction and coordinating multiple trades through to keeping programme, quality and NHBC requirements on track.
