Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a leading residential developer on a flagship 300-unit timber frame project in Chertsey, Surrey. You will work with the Project Manager to deliver the scheme, coordinating subcontractors, driving the programme, ensuring build quality, and upholding health and safety standards on site.

Key requirements include a track record in volume housebuilding, thorough knowledge of NHBC standards, and qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS,

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager within volume housebuilding.
• Excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and build quality.
• Ability to manage trades, programme, and site operations effectively.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery on a flagship 300-unit timber frame development in Chertsey, Surrey.
• Manage subcontractors, drive the programme and monitor quality standards.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a leading residential developer as the No.2 on a flagship 300-unit timber frame development in Chertsey, Surrey.

Working alongside the Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering this large-scale scheme, managing subcontractors, driving programme, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring health & safety excellence throughout the build.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager within volume housebuilding
• Excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and build quality
