Job summary

Bimplus in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a 75-unit timber frame housing development from construction through to completion. You will drive the programme, ensure quality, health and safety, and customer satisfaction while delivering on time and within budget.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers, and motivate the on-site team to maintain high standards throughout all phases of construction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or experienced Site Manager within the housebuilding sector.
• Strong experience delivering timber frame residential developments.
• Track record of managing housing developments of similar size and complexity.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive approach with ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality homes and customer satisfaction.

• Managing the build programme to achieve project milestones and completion dates.

Senior Site Manager - Timber Frame Housing Development

Location: Cardiff

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded residential developer, is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a 75-unit timber frame housing development in Cardiff.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Site Manager looking to take ownership of a quality residential scheme from construction through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving programme, quality, health & safety and customer satisfaction, ensuring the development is delivered on time and within budget. With a build programme of approximately 80 weeks for the 75 units, this represents an opportunity to focus on delivering a high quality product.

The Role
