You will work with the Project Manager to deliver the scheme, coordinating subcontractors, driving the programme, ensuring build quality, and upholding health and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager within volume housebuilding.
• Excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and build quality.
• Ability to manage trades, programme, and site operations effectively.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery on a flagship 300-unit timber frame development in Chertsey, Surrey.
• Manage subcontractors, drive the programme and monitor quality standards.
• Enforce health and safety best practices on site and ensure compliance.
