Bachy Soletanche Limited, for Sizewell C, seeks an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead piling and ground engineering activities on the Sizewell C project. You will manage site teams, ensure deliverables, and uphold safety and quality across daily operations.

The role requires strong management, communication, and presentation skills, with a focus on cost control, risk mitigation, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders within the alliance.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in piling and ground engineering operations and design.
• Qualified or working towards professional chartership in MICE or MIStructE; CSCS card held.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Ensure project deliverables via handover with process team and monitor via KPIs.
• Prepare and submit contract documentation; obtain approvals before mobilisation.
• Prepare site documentation and communicate deliverables to the site supervisor.
• Maintain comprehensive site records and weekly compliance review.
• Manage close-out of non-conformities; record changes with customer and commercial.
• Monitor daily project performance; report to Operations Manager.
• Demonstrate HSE and sustainability leadership.
• Lead or support final account settlements with commercial team.
• Prepare monthly financials and update forecasts; manage contract purchases/costs.
• Support bid teams with sequencing, risks; participate in customer meetings.
• Collaborate with process teams to ensure effective delivery.
• Develop relationships with customers to understand needs.
