Job summary

Bachy Soletanche Limited is seeking a skilled Site/Project Manager to oversee on-site activities for the Sizewell C foundations package. You will manage technical administration, commercial controls, labour planning and subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

The role requires hands-on site leadership, strong budgeting discipline and clear client communication to keep costs aligned with the baseline. You’ll work on a landmark national project using advanced geotechnical techniques.

Qualifications

• Understanding CFA, LDA, Secant and support-fluid piling techniques.
• Commercial awareness.
• Computer literate.
• Basic geotechnics knowledge and pile design.

Responsibilities

• On-site management of projects, covering technical administration and commercial aspects.
• Liaison with plant yard over costs and damages.
• Ensure adequate labour force and scheduling of tasks.
• Prepare budgets and monitor costs to meet estimates.
• Maintain detailed site records and weekly cost reporting.
