Bachy Soletanche in the Sizewell C alliance seeks a Senior Site Engineer to lead multiple workfronts delivering complex ground‑engineering works on site in Leiston. You will own safety, quality, programme and commercial performance across your scope, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships in an NEC4 alliance environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering required.
• Experience leading engineering workfronts on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong command of NEC4 processes and contract administration.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day engineering delivery across multiple workfronts.
• Provide safety leadership and lead investigations.
• Own QA approach for ground works and keep NCRs closed.
• Manage detailed sequencing, float and critical path.
• Lead early warnings, NCEs and CEs and monitor cost trends.
• Coach engineers and interface with operations, commercial and safety teams.
