Job summary

Hunter Dunning is seeking a Senior CDM Consultant to support commercial, industrial, education, residential and heritage projects. The role suits an experienced Principal Designer or CDM Adviser with strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015, advising clients, coordinating design risk, ensuring compliance, and growing the service.

Hybrid working is offered with potential progression into management. The position is based near Newark/Nottinghamshire, with a salary of £50,000–£60,000 and permanent,

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation
• Confident client and stakeholder communication
• Full driving licence for site visits
• Membership of APS, IOSH, RICS or CIOB preferred; ability to manage multiple projects and develop client relationships

Responsibilities

• Act as Principal Designer under CDM Regulations 2015
• Provide CDM Client Adviser services
• Manage health and safety during pre-construction
• Prepare Pre-Construction Information and Health and Safety Files
• Develop client relationships and support service growth
• Undertake site visits and review design risks with project stakeholders
