Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR seeks an experienced CDM/Health & Safety professional to join the Reading office as Principal Designer/Advisor. You will deliver CDM Principal Designer and CDM Advisor services across multiple projects, coordinate PCI, and facilitate design risk management while advising clients and project teams on CDM compliance.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work independently, and capability to manage site inspections, reviews, and health and safety file preparation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates knowledge of CDM 2015 and Principal Designer duties.
• Ability to manage design risk and engage stakeholders.
• Proven report writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CDM Principal Designer and CDM Advisor services across projects.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate PCI.
• Facilitate design risk management and workshops.
• Advise on CDM compliance and duties.
