Job summary

G Force Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Site Manager for a confidential process installation project at a North West process manufacturing facility. You will oversee mechanical installation, pipework, and live-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time handover.

The role requires CDM 2015 compliance, strong leadership to coordinate subcontractors, and a mechanical engineering background with SMSTS and CSCS Manager credentials.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Management experience within industrial or mechanical process installation environments.
• Strong background in process manufacturing, pipework and related mechanical works.
• Solid understanding of CDM 2015 legislation and site compliance.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple site activities safely and professionally.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations during installation phase through to handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, operatives, and site resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and all site health and safety requirements.
• Liaise with client representatives and project stakeholders to maintain progress.
• Monitor quality, programme, and safety performance through to completion.
