Responsibilities

• Manage the smooth daily operation of the shopping centre.
• Lead, support and develop on-site teams including security personnel.
• Build and maintain positive occupier relationships and handle enquiries, compliance matters and negotiations.
• Oversee site presentation, facilities management, maintenance and cleaning standards.
• Support and deliver promotional campaigns and events to boost visitor engagement.
• Maximise retail performance through space utilisation and merchandising initiatives.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenditure and support financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and emergency protocols.
• Review operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
