Additional Resources Ltd. is seeking a Shopping Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of a prominent retail centre, ensuring excellent facilities, safety, customer experience and retailer relationships.

The role offers a competitive salary (£70,000 - £90,000) plus benefits, with on-site responsibilities and opportunities to develop within a respected property group. Working with senior stakeholders, you will manage service charges, contracts and performance, while leading on-site teams

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational teams in a shopping centre or large commercial property environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the shopping centre and ensure smooth site activities.
• Lead on-site teams across operations, security, cleaning and maintenance.
• Develop strong relationships with retailers, tenants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Manage service charge budgets and monitor operational costs.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and risk management.
• Oversee facilities management contracts and contractor performance.
• Maintain high standards of centre presentation and customer experience.
• Support marketing activities, events and community initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support commercial success.
