You will lead audits and investigations, drive continuous improvement, and mentor junior SHEQ professionals while building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with legislation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a SHEQ or Health & Safety advisory role within construction, utilities or civil engineering.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence at all levels.

• Provide practical SHEQ guidance to operational teams across multiple projects.
• Carry out site audits, inspections and assessments for compliance.
