Ipsum Utilities Limited is seeking a Senior SHEQ Advisor to provide expert guidance, drive safety culture across nationwide projects, and ensure compliance with SHEQ management systems and statutory legislation. You will lead CDM-related duties, conduct audits, and mentor teams to embed health, safety, environmental, and quality excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• NEBOSH-qualified (General or Construction Certificate as a minimum).
• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 including PC and PD duties.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert guidance across Principal Contractor and Principal Designer obligations and ensure construction phase plans.
• Conduct site visits, audits and compliance inspections across UK projects.
• Represent the SHEQ function in client meetings and audits, maintaining client relationships.
• Coach site teams to move safety from tick-box exercises to everyday practice.
• Assist with incident investigations, root cause analyses, and safety campaigns.
