Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London seeks an experienced Site Engineer for a major warehouse project in Corby. You will perform precise setting out, establish control points, levels and benchmarks, and interpret drawings to support construction activities on a busy site.

The role requires strong surveying skills on large-scale commercial projects, with the ability to work independently and liaise with management, subcontractors and other engineering teams while maintaining QA/QC records and health and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in setting out on large-scale commercial, industrial or warehouse projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction surveying and QA/QC procedures.
• Ability to work independently on a busy site and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Carry out setting out and surveying duties across the warehouse project.
• Establish and maintain control points, grids, levels and benchmarks.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to support construction.
• Provide technical support and ensure works meet tolerances.
• Liaise with site management, subcontractors and other engineering teams.
• Complete quality and inspection records and ensure health & safety compliance.
