Job summary

Next Ventures seeks an experienced ServiceNow Programme Manager to lead a major transformation programme for a banking client in a long-term contract. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, governance, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams and vendors.

You will engage senior stakeholders, drive planning and reporting, and ensure regulatory, security, and operational alignment. Strong executive communication and offshore delivery experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities in enterprise implementations.
• Proven track record managing multi-million-pound transformation initiatives.
• Background delivering programmes in banking or highly regulated industries.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience coordinating third-party suppliers, system integrators, and offshore delivery teams.
