Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking a ServiceNow Programme Manager to lead a large-scale transformation for a major banking client in London. This long-term contract role requires delivering enterprise-wide initiatives within a regulated environment, with a 3-days-onsite pattern.

You will govern budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies while coordinating multiple workstreams, vendors and offshore delivery teams. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Programme Manager delivering large-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and enterprise implementations.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-million-pound transformation initiatives.
• Background delivering programmes within banking or other highly regulated industries.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers, system integrators, and offshore delivery teams.
