Job summary

Irving Oil is seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Specialist to develop, configure, administer, and support ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations. You will collaborate with business teams, Technology partners, and vendors to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

You will troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues, perform testing, and contribute to analytics and governance.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in application development, administration, or support, including hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
CAD and CSA certifications for ServiceNow.
Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript and related web technologies.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, deployments, upgrades, and production support.
Degree in information technology, computer science, software development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, administer, and support ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, scripts, dashboards, and platform capabilities.
Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions through collaboration with stakeholders.
Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve data quality.
Troubleshoot platform, application, integration, and performance issues.
Plan and perform testing, coordinate user acceptance reviews, and support controlled deployments.
Develop and maintain platform analytics, reports, and dashboards.
Ensure solutions follow security, governance, and development standards.
Maintain clear documentation and collaborate with IT teams and vendors.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to users and junior team members.
Contribute to the ServiceNow roadmap by evaluating new capabilities.
