Job summary

Sopra Steria is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant/Developer to join its ServiceNow practice. The role focuses on developing, enhancing, and optimising IRM solutions while also applying expertise across EAM and FSM.

You will lead design, configuration, and deployment, mentor peers, and drive architectural quality across client projects. You will work across UK-based engagements, shaping technical strategy, leveraging ServiceNow tooling, and pursuing continuous professional

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience delivering solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Practical experience implementing and developing ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
• Experience with risk, control, compliance, and issue management in IRM.
• Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, ServiceNow scripting, APIs, Service Portal, and UI Builder.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, security, and DevOps practices.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications aligned with area of expertise.
• Experience delivering technical solutions within complex enterprise or multi-client environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions with focus on IRM; opportunities across EAM and FSM.
• Design and implement scalable workflows, data models, security controls, and governance aligned with best practices.
• Translate business requirements into innovative technical solutions for risk, compliance, asset, and field service processes.
• Develop and support integrations using IntegrationHub, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges, optimise the platform, reduce technical debt across client environments.
• Mentor junior team members and promote engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.
