Job summary

Technopride Ltd is seeking a Functional Consultant to lead requirements gathering, process design and the configuration of ServiceNow IRM. You will act as the primary IRM Business Analyst in engagements, ensuring successful delivery of platform solutions and collaborating with stakeholders on architecture and deployment planning.

The role requires a minimum of one full lifecycle ServiceNow IRM/SecOps implementation, strong vulnerability management knowledge, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Certified ServiceNow IRM and/or SecOps Administrator or Consultant mandatory.
• Minimum of one full lifecycle implementation of ServiceNow IRM/SecOps.
• Working knowledge of vulnerability management processes and related tools.
• ISO, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC or equivalent certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, process design, and configuration of the ServiceNow IRM platform.
• Act as the primary ServiceNow IRM Business Analyst in engagements with successful delivery of platform solutions.
• Create design documents and contribute to architecture discussions and deployment planning.
• Demonstrate IRM and SecOps capabilities to stakeholders.
• Manage GRC use stories within Agile teams and lead iteration planning and delivery.
