NRGTech Talent Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow design lead for a UK Government role, guiding end-to-end service design for public digital services and ensuring alignment with government standards. The hybrid position supports collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and the delivery of citizen-focused outcomes.

The role requires experience within the UK public sector, familiarity with security clearances (BPSS), and a track record of delivering measurable service improvements.

Competenze

• ServiceNow development, Agile delivery, integrations/data structures, governed release processes, accessibility and secure-by-design practices
• SPM / PPM
• Experience working within UK Government, public sector or highly regulated
• Existing Security Clearance (only BPSS is required for this role and can be undertaken before start).

Overview

Lead Service Now design activity for complex, user-centred digital services, ensuring that services meet user needs, business objectives and government service standards. The role will drive end-to-end design across multidisciplinary teams, helping to identify opportunities for service improvement, reduce complexity and deliver measurable outcomes for citizens and colleagues.

The post holder will provide Service Now design expertise, facilitate collaborative design activities and support strategic decision-making through evidence-based design approaches.
